They adopt 316L food-grade stainless steel plates (duplex stainless steel is optional for high-end models) with food-grade gaskets (EPDM/PTFE). All contact surfaces are mechanically or electrolytically polished to Ra ≤ 0.4μm, with no dead corners for easy cleaning, preventing microbial residue and cross-contamination. The product fully complies with international food safety standards including GB 4806.9, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004.
